At Kingston to the Rescue, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our Refunds & Returns Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 14 or 30 days of delivery

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Digital downloads or e-books

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kingstontotherescue.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

After approval, you will receive instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we made an error in your order.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–20 business days.

  • If your refund is late or missing, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please email us at info@kingstontotherescue.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
